Tim McGraw & Faith Hill To Sell Tennessee Home
Well if you happen to want to buy the house shared by one of country music's favorite power couples, you better start saving. And you better save the big bills, not pocket change.
GAC has more on just how many million it will take to get Tim McGraw & Faith Hill's home they just put on the market:
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have put their Williamson County farm on the market, reports the Tennessean. Listed at $20 million, the farm includes a 3,330-square-foot restored log home, an antebellum home known as Beechwood Hall and a 12-stall barn with a caretaker residence.
The couple purchased the property through a pair of transactions about 12 years ago. About 353 acres were purchased for $5 million and the other 400 acres for $8.75 million. Built in the mid-1850s, Beechwood Hall was part of the county’s largest plantation and was once owned by Hank Williams, Sr.
Tim and Faith maintain a primary residence in Nashville with several other real estate holdings to their credit.
