So unfortunately, there were some very bad thunderstorms this past spring in Texas. Lots of wind and hail damage. Thoughts are with those who lost or sustained major property damage.

Shortly after 8pm on Thursday, May 9th we recieved several reports of a Tornado crossing US41 near Gibault School. Below is a interview with a Brian Wells, who is a National Weather Service trained weather spotter and saw the tornado cross US41.

Eric Church, Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert grabbed four nominations each to lead the field of nominees at the 2013 CMT Music Awards. The nominations were announced Monday (May 6), and fan voting is underway at CMT.com.
Kristen Bell and Jason Aldean will host the show airing live June 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CMT and CMT.com. The event takes place at the Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville.
Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts and first-time nominees Florida Georgia Line each received three nominations. Artists with two nominations include Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Hunter Hayes, Jana Kramer, Journey, Kacey Musgraves, Little Big Town, Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw.

So last night (April 30th) the guys of Florida Georgia Line were the musical guests on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. They performed their latest single, "Get Your Shine On".
