Flatt Out Smart Rascal Flatts Trivia Official Rules

1.    Contest Introduction.
HI-99 WTHI and Farmers Insurance are awarding tickets and meet and greet passes to five listeners with Flatt Out Smart Rascal Flatts Trivia.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  SEE OFFICIAL GENERAL CONTEST RULES FOR OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY.       

2.    Contest Description.       
Listeners may go to to answer Rascal Flatts trivia questions. Upon completion of the trivia questions, registrants will be entered for their chance to win. Only contestants who correctly answer ALL trivia questions will then be entered into the final drawing. One entry per person. Winner must be at least 18 years of age.

FIVE of the registrants who correctly answer ALL questions on will be selected by random drawing to receive the prize. Decision of HI-99 is final.   The entries will be accepted from Monday, January 14th until Friday, January 18th (closing at 10 am Eastern time on 01/18).  HI-99 staff will then select the contest winners and announce them on air. (see selecting a Winner).  

3.    Selecting a Winner.  
On Friday, January 18th, HI-99 will select FIVE WINNERS from the eligible entries. HI-99 staff members will review and score entries. Winners will be selected from the registrants who correctly answered ALL trivia questions. Decision of HI-99 is final. HI-99 will contact the winning contestants by phone and they will also be announced on air.

4.    Description of Prizes.
The Flatt Out Smart Rascal Flatts Trivia Prize includes:
•    Two tickets to see Rascal Flatts on February 7, 2013
•    Two meet and greet passes for Rascal Fatts on February 7, 2013
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. HI-99 WTHI is not responsible for lost prizes or any and all taxes that could/will be applicable.

5.    How to Enter.  
Beginning on Monday, January 14, 2014, participants may register as follows:  
Go to the HI-99 website, click on the Flatt Out Smart Rascal Flatts Trivia banner and answer the trivia questions provided. Complete submission following the instructions on the page.

6.    Winner Notification.
Once the submissions are reviewed, winners will be selected via random drawing of all eligible entries; they will be contacted by phone and announced on air.

7.    Eligibility.
Contest is open to all legal residents of the HI-99 WTHI metropolitan listening area who are 18 years of age or older.  HI-99 WTHI reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.  Employees of Emmis Communications Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, contest sponsor, Farmers Insurance, employees of competing media and immediate family members of anyone so situated are prohibited from participating in the contest.  “Immediate family members” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.  If there are any questions about a rule, or if anything arises that is not explicitly described, HI-99 WTHI will have the final decision, and all decisions made by HI-99 are final.
