HI-99 Sweethearts of the Show Official Rules

1.    Contest Introduction.
HI-99 WTHI and Live Nation are awarding a pair of front row tickets and meet and greet passes to see Rascal Flatts on February 7th to one Wabash Valley Couple.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  SEE OFFICIAL GENERAL CONTEST RULES FOR OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY.       

2.    Contest Description.       
Listeners may go to www.hi99.com to tell us their love story and why they should be named the HI-99 Sweethearts of the Show. One entry per person. Winner must be at least 18 years of age.

One of the couples nominated on www.hi99.com will be selected as the “HI-99 Sweethearts of the Show” by a panel of HI-99 staff members. Decision of HI-99 is final.   
The entries will be accepted from Friday, January 18th (beginning at 5 pm Eastern time) until Thursday, January 24th (closing at 10 pm Eastern time).  HI-99 staff will then select the contest winners (see selecting a Winner).  

3.    Selecting a Winner.  
On Friday, January 25th, HI-99 will select ONE WINNER from the eligible entries. HI-99 staff members will review entries and select winners based on the descriptions and content included in the submissions. Decision of HI-99 is final. HI-99 will contact the winning couple by phone, which will also be announced on air with Diane on Friday, January 25th.  

4.    Description of Prizes.
The “HI-99 Sweethearts of the Show” prize includes:
•    Two front row tickets to see Rascal Flatts on February 7th
•    Two meet and greet passes to meet Rascal Flatts on February 7th
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. HI-99 WTHI is not responsible for prizes which are lost or stolen or any and all taxes that could/will be applicable.

5.    How to Enter.  
Beginning on Friday, January 18, 2013, at 5 pm Eastern time, eligible participants may register as follows:  
Go to the HI-99 website, click on the “Sweethearts of the Show” banner and tell us your love story and why you should be names the Sweethearts of the Show. Complete submission following the instructions on the page.

6.    Winner Notification.
Once the submissions are voted on and winner is selected, they will be contacted by phone and announced on air.

7.    Eligibility.
Contest is open to all legal residents of the HI-99 WTHI metropolitan listening area who are 18 years of age or older.  HI-99 WTHI reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.  Employees of Emmis Communications Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, contest sponsor, employees of competing media and immediate family members of anyone so situated are prohibited from participating in the contest.  “Immediate family members” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.  If there are any questions about a rule, or if anything arises that is not explicitly described, HI-99 WTHI will have the final decision, and all decisions made by HI-99 are final. HI-99 reserves the right to edit the official contest rules at any time.
