Working with the Boston Medical Center Kenny Chesney has established the Spread The Love Fund to help the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing who needed prosthetic limbs and post-prosthetic care. All of Kenny's proceeds from the download of the song "Spread the Love" benefit the fund and the singer has also provided a way for people to represent their support for the victims. Chesney has created a dark heather gray T-shirt with his logo on it. The shirt's message reads: "Spread the Love: A Fund for Boston" and is positioned over the heart and across the back. All net proceeds from the shirts go directly to the Spread The Love Fund.
