Kenny Chesney helps the Boston Marathon bombing victims.

I've always said that country music stars are "The real deal" They are always there to help where and when it's needed. Kenny Chesney is no exception. Working with the Boston Medical Center Kenny Chesney has established the Spread The Love Fund to help the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing who needed prosthetic limbs and post-prosthetic care. All of Kenny's proceeds from the download of the song "Spread the Love" benefit the fund and the singer has also provided a way for people to represent their support for the victims. Chesney has created a dark heather gray T-shirt with his logo on it. The shirt's message reads: "Spread the Love: A Fund for Boston" and is positioned over the heart and across the back. Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland recently revealed the first picture of her five-month-old son, Magnus Hamilton. Nettles and her husband, Justin Miller, welcomed Baby Magnus late last year and the singer took to her blog on Mother's Day to share not only the picture, but a very special message as well. Jennifer began the message by saying, "On December 6, 2012 my life was forever changed. I had a baby! Magnus Hamilton Miller was born healthy, hungry and with way more hair than I was expecting after seeing baby pictures of both me and my husband. Needless to say, especially to those of you who have children, the rhythm of my life is way different than the movement and pace before baby. In short, this baby is the boss of me." Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert married two years ago on May 14, and to celebrate the big anniversary a few days early, Shelton surprised his wife onstage in Bakersfield, Calif. on Thursday (May 9). He also gave fans a real treat. As breakup rumors swirl in the tabloids everything looked rosey at Mirands concert last Thursday in California. As Miranda’s concert was wrapping up, Shelton shocked the crowd and perhaps his missus by waltzing onto the stage and yelling “Surprise!” He then sang his new single, ‘Boys ‘Round Here,’ the video of which features his wife and her band, the Pistol Annies. “Hope you liked the surprise!” Miranda tweeted after the show.
