Friday night I got to see Brad Paisley in concert at the Klipsch Music Center in Indianapolis!  I had no idea at the start of the evening I would wind up on stage with Brad during his final song, Alcohol, to wrap up the night!  Check out my view from the stage looking at 20,000+people!!

Ok, I personally think they should have put this show out of its misery after Simon left.  Now it seems a major overhaul from the once ratings winner is going to happen before the next season.

Multiple reports have a big shakeup coming to "AMERICAN IDOL" for Season 13.

THE WRAP.COM reports judges RANDY JACKSON, MARIAH CAREY, NICKI MINAJ and KEITH URBAN will all be gone for next season. "All four are gone," an insider told THEWRAP. "They feel they've lost their core audience and they want it back."

Exec. Producer NIGEL LYTHGOE will also reportedly get the boot.

The reported changes also includes getting rid of dated themed-nights in an effort to attract a younger audience.

AMERICAN IDOL has struggled in the ratings department, often losing to "The Big Bang Theory" and "Modern Family."

Have you ever been featured on the kiss cam at a sporting event?  I always thought it could present a very awkward situation if say the person you were with at the game was just a friend or heck, even a family member.  I have been lucky enough to be on the kiss cam at a Colts game a few seasons ago and the texts & facebook posts I got from friends were priceless!

A month or so ago Faith Hill announced she would not return to sing the intro to Sunday Night Football on NBC when the next NFL season rolls around, Faith's replacement was announced today!  I think I can speak for most all guys when I say THANK YOU to NBC and Sony for making this happen!!!!

I caught a little bit of the memorial service for George Jones today and I was glad I was able to catch this part.  I'd be lying if I said I wasn't in tears too, check it out...... RIP Possum!

George Jones, fittingly, is going out in style. When funeral services for the legendary country singer are held on Thursday, May 2, at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, a former first lady, a current governor and a host of music luminaries will all be in attendance.

It was announced Tuesday evening that Laura Bush, wife of former president George W. Bush, will be among those eulogizing George. Joining her are Tennessee governor Bill Haslam, news personality Bob Schieffer, and country superstars Barbara Mandrell and Kenny Chesney.

Artists as varied as Alan Jackson, Kid Rock, Ronnie Milsap, Vince Gill, Charlie Daniels, Randy Travis and Brad Paisley will provide musical tributes to George.

After the tragedy in Boston a few weeks ago country star Kenny Chesney wanted to get inolved to help the victims of this tragic event. 

Beyond making a sizeable donation for seed money, Kenny decided to put his music where his heart was. He’s establishing the "Spread the Love Fund" to work with BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER (BMC) to help pay for not just prosthetics, but the fitting, ongoing care and physical therapy required.

As one of country music's greatest, it's fitting that George Jones' legacy will be honored with a funeral at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry.

The iconic venue will host the service for the late country legend at 10 a.m. CT Thursday, and it will be open to the public.

"George would have wanted his fans and friends everywhere to be able to come and pay their respects along with his family," publicist Kirt Webster said.

Jones, whose vocals gave life to some of country's most memorable songs, died at 81 on Friday in Nashville. He had been hospitalized since April 18 with a fever and irregular blood pressure.

Fans and friends, both famous and nonfamous, have been honoring Jones' memory with tweets and remarks on the impact he had on country music.

Remember back in November when Jason Aldean was caught kissing someone who wasn't his wife?!  Turns out now that Jason is putting an end to his marriage to his high school sweetheart and the mother of his two kids, Jessica Ussery!

Jason filed papers in Tennessee last Friday to end the marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.  Isn't that what they all say???

TMZ.com reports that Jason Aldean filed the divorce papers on the same day his publicist announced the couple had seperated, but made no mention of divorce.

Things began to unravel for Jason when he was caught back in November lip locking with Season 11 "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr on the Sunset Strip in September while he was in L.A. for a concert.

I'm sure this divorce could get very messy and expensive for Mr. Aldean!
