The Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children of Vigo County will be hosting the “2012 Shine a Light on the Prevention of Child Abuse Candlelight Vigil” at the Vigo County Courthouse lawn on Tuesday, April 17th, at 6:30pm. There will also be several community speakers.
