The Friends of Ernie Pyle will be having a fundraiser May 19th 2012 At the South Vermillion High school Auditorium in Clinton,Indiana at 7:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $10.00 and can be purchased in advance by calling Cynthia Myers at 765-665-3084 or many local Businesses. Including Old National in Clinton,In. Bank of Indiana, in Dana, Tribune Star in Terre Haute. Tickets will also be availiable the day of event with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Rick Plummer will create a moving image in the One- Man Drama "Live from the Front: Byline Ernie Pyle". This exciting one-man drama celebrates the inner-struggle of beloved World War II correspondent Ernie Pyle, his shy love of people, his tenderness, and his salty Indiana-farmer humor. After a short intermission, plan to be a amused by the Crosley Radio Players. This entertaining group has recreated a radio broadcast featuring WWII era music, comedy, stories, and songs while leading folks down memory lane.
