Bikes for Tykes

What is your biggest memory from childhood?  For most of us, it is receiving our first bicycle.  HI-99 WTHI, First Financial Bank, News 10 and the Exchange Club of Terre Haute are collecting donations for the 16th Annual Bikes for Tykes campaign. We want to provide bicycles, tricycles and safety helmets to less fortunate children in the Wabash Valley this Holiday season.

HI-99 will be at First Financial Branches throughout the Wabash Valley on Friday, November 22nd collecting your donations, but donations may also be made through December 14th  at any First Financial Bank location. Checks or money orders may be mailed to the Exchange Club of Terre Haute.

The Salvation Army of Terre Haute, Covenant Christian Ministries and other community-based agencies are screening and selecting the children on the basis of family financial need.  Families should contact those agencies to inquire about selection procedures.
